At LE UN Kobe Geihinkan, timeless architecture meets refined French cuisine in a historic Taisho-era estate.
Built in 1919 as a merchant’s residence, it retains elegant details like stained glass, ocean views, and ornate woodwork.
Our chefs work with local producers to showcase Hyogo’s seasonal bounty in every dish.
